Duties include the following:
1. teaching 20 hours a week
2. Office hours of 5-8 hours per week
3. counseling present and future students
4. Working collaboratively and cooperatively as a team. Accepting teacher's courses' assignments, including travel and teaching outside of CIU, substitute teaching assignments as needed.
5. Helping CIU for marketing reasons.
6. Reporting to the Dean of Academic Affairs and the president
7. Attending the teacher's / faculty meetings weekly or needed.
Salary to be paid:
1. Ph.D+1year minimum teaching
Experience -------8000yuan RMB
2. Master DEGREE in education+2
years minimum teaching experience/
Ph.D(Less than 1year teaching Exp.------- 8000yuan RMB
3. MASTER DEGREE in education/
related major --------8000yuan RMB
4. BACHELOR DEGREE +Teaching
experience (TOEFL /SAT/ TESOL/
IELTS) --------7000yuan RMB
5.Negotiable
All full-time contracts include the following benefit:
-One way airfare allowance of 5,000RMB after six months
-Housing Allowance of 1,000 RMB per month
-Application for working Visa
-One week unpaid vacation time per 6 month |
